Please note that payment is expected at the time the service is rendered. While the Health Hive can, upon request, provide an itemized receipt with CPT codes required by insurance companies for reimbursement (aka a superbill), we do not process insurance claims. We believe that the time we would spend chasing payments from insurance companies is time better spent treating you!
Begin your journey into the Health Hive with a detailed assessment by our experienced doctors. We will evaluate your personal medical history, previous treatments (if any) and their success, as well as your current symptoms and goals, and will craft a personalized care plan to prevent further injury, recover or rehabilitate from an existing injury or surgery, and/or achieve and maintain good health.
