MEET THE FOUNDER
Dr. Gabriel Pallante is a graduate of The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, Dr. Pallante saw first-hand just how broken the healthcare system is when his mother was forced into early retirement on account of a debilitating spinal condition and later a catastrophic shoulder accident. Eager to help her and people like her recover and enjoy a better, more healthy lifestyle, Dr. Pallante immersed himself in the study of the human body, and received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He later studied dry needling and, convinced of its efficacy as a holistic treatment for injury and disease, was trained and certified as a dry needling instructor; he regularly travels throughout the United States teaching and certifying other health professionals in dry needling. Further convinced that good health involves more than just a healthy body, Dr. Pallante opened the first of what he hopes will be many Health Hive clinics, where members of the public can go and learn about holistic functional medicine, while being treated for and prevent injuries, pre- and post-operative treatments, and/or illnesses, with attention also being paid to unsound minds, and broken spirits.
In addition to being certified by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy as a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, he is also an American Physical Therapy Association Certified Clinical Instructor. Dr. Pallante also holds certifications in Concussion and Vestibular Rehabilitation, Blood Flow Restriction, Ageless Grace, Dementia Care, and Pain Management.
